Common use of EQUIPMENT HIRE Clause in Contracts

EQUIPMENT HIRE. 2.1 The Owner shall hire the Equipment to the Hirer for use at the Site subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. 2.2 The Owner shall not, other than in the exercise of its rights under this agreement or applicable law, interfere with the Hirer's quiet possession of the Equipment. 2.3 Unless expressly stated in this agreement, the Equipment does not include a lockbox or lock. The Hirer should inform the Owner prior to entering into this agreement if that is their requirement.
