Equipment Operator. Will operate bulldozers, swamp buggies, tractor and trailer digging machines, cranes, side boom tractors, direct burial machines, any winch other than that normally mounted on a line truck. He will be responsible for the safe operation and normal maintenance of his equipment. (a) It is understood under this section that the driver groundmen will drive and operate the following: Line Truck and Power Wagon and bumper winch thereon and that piece of equipment known as a wire puller.
