Equipment Ownership. PBI owns any Meter. Title to the Equipment shall pass to you upon installation. However, you and we agree that title shall automatically revert to us in the event of default, or termination due to your non- appropriation under Section 8. If you default, or terminate this Agreement by non-appropriation under Section 8, you, at your expense, shall return the Equipment and Meter, you will, as specified by us, either properly pack and return them to us in the return box and with the shipping label provided by us or furnish them to a service carrier specified by us to pick up and ship them to us in the same condition as when delivered to you, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
