Sold Equipment. Subject, where applicable, to the provisions of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, any sale of Equipment to the customer by Videotron shall be final. No refund or exchange shall be made without Videotron’s consent.
Sold Equipment a. At the date on which the Customer signs a sales agreement, the Customer shall be deemed to be fully satisfied that any Sold Equipment reasonably fits the purpose or purposes for which it is to be used by the Customer.
