Contract Description The Description and Location of the Contract and related project(s) are as follows.
LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION The subject property is a stratified shop unit bearing postal address of Xxxx Xx. X-00-X, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx Sentral 14/KU5, Klang Sentral, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 00000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Darul Ehsan. Accommodation:- Verandah, shop area, and water closet. RESERVE PRICE:- The property will be sold on an “as is where is” basis and subject to a reserve price of RM 540,000.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND ONLY) and the Conditions of Sale, herein and by way of an Assignment from the Assignee subject to the necessary confirmations / consent being obtained by the Purchaser from the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies, if any is required, including all terms, conditions, stipulations and covenants which were and may be imposed by the Developer and the relevant authority. ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. Items Offered as New. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.
