Common use of Equipment Requirements Clause in Contracts

Equipment Requirements. (a) All vehicular equipment added after the effective date of this Agreement will be equipped with air conditioning and power steering. The Company will not purchase new diesel powered forklifts unless the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health concludes that diesel is or can be made as safe and healthy as alternative fuels. Such forklifts will be maintained in proper operating conditions.
