Fire Security. Purchaser will designate in writing a person or persons who shall perform fire security services listed below on Sale Area and vicinity. The designated person will be capable of operating Purchaser's communications and fire fighting equipment specified in the contract, excluding helicopters, and of directing the activities of Purchaser's personnel on Forest fires. Such person must report any fire detected to Forest Service within 15 minutes of detection. In lieu of having the designated person perform the required supervisory duties, Purchaser may provide another person meeting the qualifications stated above to direct the activities of Purchaser's personnel and equipment during all fire fighting activities. Services described shall be for at least 1 hour from the time Purchaser's Operations are shut down. For the purposes of this provision, personnel servicing equipment, and their vehicles, who are not engaged in cutting or welding metal are excluded. Fire security services shall consist of moving throughout the operation area or areas constantly looking, reporting, and taking suppression action on any fires detected. Where possible, the designated person shall observe inaccessible portions of helicopter operating areas from vantage points within or adjacent to Sale Area. Purchaser shall furnish fire security services based on the predicted industrial precaution level, obtained by Purchaser from the appropriate Ranger District Headquarters. If predictions made after 6:00 p.m. local time, are significantly different than originally estimated, Forest Service will inform Purchaser when changes in fire security services are indicated.

For the purposes of this provision, servicing equipment, and their vehicles, who are not engaged in cutting or welding metal are excluded. (3) Fire security services shall consist of moving throughout the operation area or areas constantly looking, reporting, and taking suppression action on any fires detected. Where possible, the designated person shall observe inaccessible portions of helicopter operating areas from vantage points within or adjacent to the Timber Sale Area. (4) Purchaser shall furnish fire security services based on the predicted industrial precaution level, obtained by Purchaser from the appropriate Ranger District Headquarters. If predictions made after 6:00 p.m. local time are significantly different than originally estimated, STATE will inform Purchaser when changes in fire security services are indicated.
Fire Security. The fire hydrant provided by the Promoter shall not be tampered with by the Allottee in any manner. It is understood by the Allottee that the life of the fire hydrant is limited, and, if, in future the fire hydrant is found unserviceable and needs to be replaced by new system, then, the Allottee shall be liable to pay the costs and expenses for new system in the Unit of the Allottee. In case any impact/damage is caused or envisaged due to the interior works carried out/to be carried out by Allottee, the Promotor/Association shall not be liable or responsible for rectification of the same and the Allottee shall at its own cost remedy the damage.
Fire Security. Each room shall meet state requirements for fire protection including sprinkler system and smoke detectors.
Fire Security a) Fire alarm system and water sprinkler system, if required, will be provided by the Vendors/Developer at the high end of each unit. The Allottee(s) will be responsible to ensure that the fire alarm system and water sprinkler are not tempered with in any manner and, if required, the Allottee(s) may extend the system, at their own cost within their unit(s) at the low end. These systems have limited life and on being found unserviceable will be replaced by the Facility Management team and the costs will be borne by the Allottee(s) for their respective unit(s). b) Food and Beverages unit(s) will not be permitted to operate in case the fire license and other applicable related licenses and permissions are not up to date.

  • Future Services The Consultant acknowledges each of the following with regard to performing future services for the City: • The Consultant’s performance of the services required by this Agreement may create an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest with regard to the Consultant performing or participating in the performance of some related future services, particularly if the services required by this Agreement comprise one element or aspect of a multi-phase process or project; • Such an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest would be a ground for the City to disqualify the Consultant from performing or participating in the performance of such future services; and • The Consultant is solely responsible for considering what potential conflicts of interest, if any, performing the services required by this Agreement might have on its ability to obtain contracts to perform future services.

  • Actions Binding on Future Securityholders At any time prior to (but not after) the evidencing to the Trustee, as provided in Section 8.01, of the taking of any action by the holders of the majority or percentage in aggregate principal amount of the Securities of a particular series specified in this Indenture in connection with such action, any holder of a Security of that series that is shown by the evidence to be included in the Securities the holders of which have consented to such action may, by filing written notice with the Trustee, and upon proof of holding as provided in Section 8.02, revoke such action so far as concerns such Security. Except as aforesaid any such action taken by the holder of any Security shall be conclusive and binding upon such holder and upon all future holders and owners of such Security, and of any Security issued in exchange therefor, on registration of transfer thereof or in place thereof, irrespective of whether or not any notation in regard thereto is made upon such Security. Any action taken by the holders of the majority or percentage in aggregate principal amount of the Securities of a particular series specified in this Indenture in connection with such action shall be conclusively binding upon the Company, the Trustee and the holders of all the Securities of that series.

  • Site Security While providing services at a DSHS location, the Contractor, its agents, employees, or Subcontractors shall conform in all respects with physical, fire, or other security regulations specific to the DSHS location.
