Common use of Equipment Room Clause in Contracts

Equipment Room. The Owner shall provide the Equipment Room to the Licensee, for the sole and exclusive use of the Licensee, which shall be used by the Licensee for the provision of communications services to the Licensee’s customers in the Building.
