Common use of Equipment to be Installed Clause in Contracts

Equipment to be Installed. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to install, remove or relocate equipment furnished by the City or by the Contractor when so ordered. Contractor shall energize all completed luminaire installations in the presence of the EIU to ensure that all lighting equipment is in operating condition after installation. Contractor may apply and receive full payment thereof for the amount bid for items, as listed under "Detailed Specifications", that are part of the completed and tested installation. All equipment shall be of types and designs shown on drawings on file with NYCDOT.
