Conditions for Performing Work. 4.21.1. EQUIPMENT TO BE INSTALLED The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to install, remove or relocate equipment furnished by the City or by the Contractor when so ordered. The Contractor shall energize all completed luminaire installations in the presence of the EIU to ensure that all lighting equipment is in operating condition after installation. The Contractor may apply and receive full payment thereof for the amount bid for items, as listed under "Detailed Specifications", that are part of the completed and tested installation. All equipment shall be of the type and design shown on the Standard drawings. 4.21.2. BI-WEEKLY REPORTS and AS BUILT DRAWINGS The Contractor will be required to submit detailed reports indicating all items of work that it has completed during that period. These reports shall be submitted from the time electrical construction begins on a regular bi-weekly basis on a computer printout or similar format, indicating location, order number, control number, items of work completed, pending items and the dollar amount reflected. Requests for partial payments will not be processed for those items not submitted on these forms. In addition, as built drawings are to be submitted with each payment request, indicating all of the work and locations thereon, as actually installed. Drawings shall show all dimensions and references between equipment installed. 4.21.3. MONTHLY MEETINGS Monthly meetings with an officer or officers of the Contractor will be set up by the EIU in order to resolve problems, and the scheduling of construction, shop drawing approvals, change orders, and equipment deliveries.

  • Consideration for Performance The consideration to be paid to the Contractor under this Agreement will be compensation for all the Contractor’s expenses incurred in the performance of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided.

  • Performance by Contractor The Contractor, at the Contractor's own expense, shall, except as herein otherwise specifically provided, furnish and provide all and every kind of labour and superintendence, services, tools, implements, machinery, plant materials, articles and whatsoever is necessary for the due execution of the work. The Contractor shall fully construct and erect the work in the most thorough, professional and substantial manner, in every respect to the satisfaction and approval of the Engineer. The Contractor shall complete the work within the time specified herein and deliver it to the Minister in the manner and upon the terms and conditions of the Contract.
