Equipment Use and Care. Program agrees to follow all installation, operation and maintenance instructions provided by the Contractor or accompanying the Attendance Device, as amended or updated from time-to-time, in the use and care of the Attendance Device and agrees to advise the Contractor or its authorized representatives of any conditions that may require servicing.
