Program Responsibilities. 1301 Assume total responsibility for the implementation of the library media program of the school.
Program Responsibilities. OSU-UH agrees to provide:
1. A faculty position for the Resident with the title of Clinical Instructor – Housestaff subject to the Resident/s obligation to meet and maintain eligibility requirements.
2. A training and educational program which meets the applicable ACGME Institutional Requirements and RRC Program Requirements or other accreditation requirements as applicable to the program. OSU-UH shall provide Resident with appropriate supervision for all educational and clinical activities.
3. A certificate from OSU-UH upon successful completion of the training program requirements.
4. OSU-UH shall schedule duty hours for Resident in accordance and compliance with ACGME standards and the requirements of the training and educational program. OSU-UH shall assure that undue stress and fatigue are avoided and that duty hours are not excessive. Specific policies on the limitations and monitoring of duty hours can be found in the institutional duty hour’s policy as well as the duty hour’s policy of each training program.
5. In compliance with ACGME requirements, OSU-UH shall not require Resident to sign a non-competition guarantee as a condition of participation in the program.
Program Responsibilities. The contracted local Workforce Development Area and related Career Center parties will be responsible for the following DISASTER RELIEF DISASTER RELIEF TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT Process Elements.

Program Responsibilities. A. The Program agrees to reimburse the Provider in accordance with the rules and policies governing the WCSF Program.
B. The Program will adjust payment to the Provider for the amount of any disapproved cost or expenditure in connection with this Agreement.
C. The Program shall make a good faith effort to mail all Providers, no less than five (5) days before implementation, all final regulations and bulletins in connection with this Agreement.
D. The Program agrees to pay to pharmacy providers a dispensing fee of $4.00 or the amount set forth by WCSF for approval, reimbursable WCSF claims.
E. Provider reimbursement is determined as the lesser of usual and customary charge or AWP minus 12% plus a dispensing fee or Federal Upper Limits (FUL) plus a dispensing fee. Providers shall be reimbursed based upon the most current listing of Federal Upper Limits established in the Medicaid Program under 42 CFR § 447.332 (relating to Upper Limits for multiple source drugs).
F. The Department shall update the Average Wholesale Costs and the Federal Upper Limits on a regular basis, at least every 30 days.
Program Responsibilities. Within two (2) weeks after the deadline for receipt of sabbatical proposals, the Program Chairperson/Co-Chairpersons will present to the Xxxx of Academic Affairs a plan for covering the duties of the faculty member who has applied for sabbatical.
Program Responsibilities. 1. The Superintendent or designee shall coordinate individualized teacher support and guidance activities pursuant to Board Policy 4131.1, district staff development programs, staff evaluation process and this contractual language.
2. The Superintendent or designee shall ensure the timely assignment of a qualified support provider to participating teacher. The Superintendent or designee shall also ensure that each support provider receives appropriate training to serve in a support capacity and is provided adequate time and resources to assist other teachers.
3. The Superintendent or designee shall regularly evaluate the district’s teacher support and guidance programs and shall report to the Board regarding program effectiveness in meeting district goals for teacher quality and retention. Evaluation reports may include, but are not limited to, data on program enrollment and completion, subsequent retention rates of participating teachers, and interviews or surveys of program participants.
Program Responsibilities. CMEF shall offer the Resident a postgraduate training opportunity in a community hospital setting. CMEF agrees to provide the Resident the following support, benefits and conditions of employment.
