The Equitable Class Assignments clause ensures that students are distributed among classes in a fair and balanced manner. In practice, this clause may require that class sizes remain relatively equal and that students are assigned without bias based on factors such as ability, background, or special needs. Equitable Class Assignments. By June 1 of each year, administrators will confer and discuss the preferred equitable service model for the following year.
