Equivalent Allowance. Permanent employees who regularly provide less than full-time service are entitled to paid holiday absence in proportion to the time actually worked in accordance with current practice.

Retirement Allowance Prior to issuing notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii) in any classification(s), the Hospital will offer early-retirement allowance to a sufficient number of employees eligible for early retirement under HOOPP within the classification(s) in order of seniority, to the extent that the maximum number of employees within a classification who elect early retirement is equivalent to the number of employees within the classification(s) who would otherwise receive notice of layoff under article 9.08(a)(ii). An employee who elects an early retirement option shall receive, following completion of the last day of work, a retirement allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of service, plus a prorated amount for any additional partial year of service, to a maximum ceiling of fifty-two (52) weeks' salary.
Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.
Moving Allowance (a) When an employee is displaced under the provisions of this Title because of lack of work at his/her headquarters, and the employee’s new headquarters is beyond commutable distance from his/her residence, Company shall reimburse the employee for the reasonable costs incurred in connection with moving his/her household in a sum not to exceed $2,400. BEREAVEMENT ALLOWANCE 16.01 (a) The employer agrees to allow employees leave of absence, without loss of pay for five consecutive regular working days (calculated at straight time at the base hourly rate) in the event of the death of a parent, spouse or child, provided the time is required to look after funeral arrangements or family needs.
Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.
CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.
Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.
Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.
Lodging Allowance Employees on travel status who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim $30 per day except where the lodging is supplied by the Employer. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.
Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.
