Common use of Ergonomic Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Ergonomic Guidelines. A. The State guidelines on visual display terminals, CRT's and printers, originally issued in 1984 and periodically amended, shall be used as a reference for this Agreement, to be applied where practicable. B. The Union will be notified in advance of any proposed changes in these guidelines.
