Erosion Control/Water Quality/Environmental Sensitivity. The Concessionaire shall comply with all requirements set forth by various oversight agencies that have jurisdiction and oversight authority relating to the Premises and surrounding properties, including, but not limited to, erosion control, water quality and environmental sensitivity standards.
