Errors and Adjustments. In the event of a computational or other clerical error or in the event that the District pays salary installments for a portion of the year on the basis of an annual salary rate that differs from the rate ultimately determined to be paid, the appropriate salary adjustment shall be made retroactively but not beyond the entry on duty date for the work year during which written notice of the need for adjustment is received.
