Errors and Questions about Payments and Transfers for Business Deposit Accounts Only. In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers or payments you should contact us as soon as you can by calling 0-000-000-0000 or writing us at Online Customer Service, P. O. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000 if you think that your statement is wrong or you need more information about a transfer or payment listed on the statement. We must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we sent or otherwise made available to you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. Failure to so notify us will prevent you from being able to make a claim based on such problem or error. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for providing you with additional information or for providing the transaction history and other information about fees in a different way but we won’t charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion of an error in your PayPal account.
