Errors on New Lists. Employees who have concerns about the calculation of their seniority shall notify the Administrative Services Director with a copy to the Union. If an employee’s concerns remain unresolved, the Union may file a formal written grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure within thirty (30) calendar days of their initial consultation with the Administrative Services Director. If no grievance is filed within that time, the seniority calculation Is deemed correct.
