Common use of ESA Stipend Clause in Contracts

ESA Stipend. Contingent upon State National Board Certification funding, ESAs with current national certification from their respective associations shall receive a stipend of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per year. Legislative action to fully fund ESA certification shall supersede this provision.
