Escalation of Dispute – Executive Panel. If no resolution of the dispute can be reached in accordance with clause 19.1, within seven (7) days of the dispute being notified to the other party, each party shall refer the dispute to the General Manager - Operations of CBH and the CEO of the Customer (or such person designated by the Customer as having authority equivalent to that of a CEO) (the "Executive Panel").
