ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS. Recording intake and output, height, and weight. Feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves Prepare, serve, and collect food trays. Answer patients' call signals. Turn and re-position bedridden patients, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsores.
