Essential Worker Pay. When a situation exists that would otherwise allow an employee to access leave per Letter of Agreement 123.00-18-311 Inclement Weather / Hazardous Conditions Leave, but an employee is required to report to work in person, the employee shall be paid a differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for actual hours worked. This differential will not apply to employees whose primary job functions include responding to inclement weather or hazardous conditions or who live at their work site.
