Common use of Establishment and Maintenance of Sub Clause in Contracts

Establishment and Maintenance of Sub. Funds MPF may in its absolute discretion establish and maintain one or more Sub-Funds. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Policy, MPF may in its absolute discretion, on notice to its Policyholders (which such notice may take immediate effect), permanently or temporarily close one or more Sub-Funds to further Contributions. For the avoidance of doubt, MPF may, from time to time, establish Sub-Funds which are not available to the Scheme.
