Establishment and Maintenance of the Accounts. The Borrowers shall establish and maintain until all of the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid in full (i) a one special, segregated, irrevocable account in the name of each of the Borrowers, for and on behalf of the Secured Parties (as the securities entitlement holder), at the Deposit Bank, each named the Collection Account, which shall each be under the dominion and control of the Collateral Agent pursuant to an executed DACA Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of the Security Documents and to the terms hereof and (ii) the following sub-accounts of each of the Collection Account Accounts (each, a “Sub-Account” and, collectively, the “Sub-Accounts”), which shall each be linked to the applicable Collection Account, (iiiii) shall each be a “securities deposit account” pursuant to Article 89 of the UCC, and (iiiiv) shall each be an Eligible Account to which certain funds shall be allocated and from which disbursements shall be made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement:
