Common use of Establishment of Point of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Point of Interconnection. The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by DEC and enters the wires or facilities provided by Member is the “Point of Interconnection.” DEC shall determine the Point of Interconnection in accordance with its rules, regulations, bylaws, rates, and tariffs (the “Rules”), which are incorporated herein by reference. Any interconnection equipment installed by Member (“Interconnection Facilities”) shall also be in accordance with the Rules.
