Estate Claims. 44. Claims on behalf of the estates of Sexual Assault Class Members may be brought or continued under the Agreement in accordance with Schedule "E" ("Estate Claims").

Estate Claims. 24. In the event an Estate is submitting a Claim Form on behalf of a Claimant, the Estate must submit medical and/or other evidence in support of the claim of sexual or physical assault. A narrative from the Estate will not be sufficient to qualify for compensation for a Section B Claim. Documentary and/or medical evidence in support of the narrative in addition to affirmation is required. Claim Supervisor Review
Estate Claims. (a) The Department shall claim against the estate of a decedent, or against any recipient of the decedent's property by distribution or survival, an amount equal to the lesser of:
