Estimate and Change Order Confirmation. (a) If the Contractor has not previously done so, the Contractor shall as soon as practicable and in any event not more than 15 Business Days after the issuance of the Change Order Directive, or such longer period as the parties acting reasonably mutually agree, provide an Estimate to the Province prepared in accordance with and meeting the requirements of Section 3.3;
