If the carrying out of the Research Program requires any consent, license, permit or approval of any ethics or similar committee or regulatory authority, this Agreement is conditional upon that consent, license, permit or approval being obtained. The parties will use their reasonable efforts to obtain that consent, license, permit or approval, and the Research Program will commence only after that consent, license, permit or approval has been obtained. The parties agree comply with any condition of any such consent, license, permit or approval.
