Ethical Labor Practices. End User represents that it does not engage in unethical labor practices, including but not limited to child labor or forced labor, human trafficking or slavery (collectively, "Unethical Labor Practices"). End User has complied and will continue to comply fully with all applicable labor laws prohibiting Unethical Labor Practices. SCHEDULE R Recall This Recall Schedule (“Schedule R”) is a Schedule to the Terms of Service to which this Schedule R is attached. The terms of this Schedule R supersede provisions in the Terms of Service only to the extent that the terms of this Schedule R and the Terms of Service expressly conflict. However, nothing in this Schedule R should be interpreted as invalidating the Terms of Service, and provisions of the Terms of Service will continue to govern the relations between the parties insofar as they do not expressly conflict with this Schedule R. This Schedule R shall coterminate with the Terms of Service.

Ethical Labor Practices. Suppliers and Third-Party Suppliers are expected to treat employees fairly and ethically meeting the local laws and regulations impacting the employees.
Ethical Labor Practices. Vendor represents that it does not, and warrants and covenants that it will not, engage in unethical labor practices, including human trafficking, slavery or the use of child or forced labor, and that it will take steps to ensure that its suppliers do not engage in such practices.
