ETP Unaffiliated Unitholder Approval. The affirmative vote or consent of the holders of a majority of the Outstanding Units held by ETP Unaffiliated Unitholders in favor of the proposal to adopt this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be obtained at the ETP Unitholders Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof (the “ETP Unaffiliated Unitholder Approval”) shall have been obtained.
