Unitholder Approval definition

Unitholder Approval means approval by a majority of the votes cast by the holders of Voting Units at a meeting called and held in accordance with applicable laws and the limited partnership agreement of the Partnership or a written resolution approved by holders of a majority of the outstanding Voting Units excluding, in all cases, Voting Units held by Persons who are not Independent Unitholders.
Unitholder Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).
Unitholder Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).

Unitholder Approval means approval of at least a majority of the outstanding Units voting together as a single class.
