Evacuation of Facility. Should it become necessary in the judgment of the University to evacuate the Facility because of a threat to public safety, the User will retain the use of the facility for sufficient time once the facility has been determined safe to enter at no additional charge providing such time does not interfere with another User. If it is not possible to complete the event, the facility fee will be forfeited, prorated, or adjusted at the discretion of the University based on the given situation and the User agrees to waive any claim for damages or compensation from the University.
Evacuation of Facility. Should it become necessary in the judgment of the Authority to evacuate the Center because of bomb threat or for other reasons of public safety, the Customer will retain possession of the Licensed Area for sufficient time after such evacuation to complete presentation of his activity without an increase in the Minimum License Fee, provided that such time does not interfere with another future user of the Licensed Area. If it is not possible to complete presentation of the activity, the Minimum License Fee and the Additional Charges, if any, shall be forfeited, prorated, or adjusted at the discretion of the Authority and the Customer hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation from the Authority.

Should it become necessary in the judgment of Town to evacuate the Community Center because of reasons of public safety, the Lessee will be permitted to re-enter Community Center for sufficient time to complete presentation of this event without additional rental charge, providing such time does not interfere with another building Lessee. If it is not possible to complete the presentation of the Event, rental shall be forfeited, prorated, or adjusted at the discretion of the Town based on the situation, and the Lessee hereby waives any claim for damage or compensation from the Town.
Evacuation of Facility. User will fully cooperate with Owner should it become necessary in the sole judgment of Owner to evacuate the premises because of a bomb threat, or for any other reasons of public safety. Sufficient time to complete the presentation without additional charge may be provided as long as such time does not interfere with another scheduled event. If in the sole discretion of Owner, it is not feasible to complete the presentation, fees may be forfeited, prorated, or adjusted at the discretion of Owner based on the situation. User hereby expressly waives any claim for damages or compensation from Owner resulting from such evacuation of facility.

Should it become necessary in the judgment of the MSDPT staff to evacuate the Premises due to reasons of public safety, the Lessee will retain possession of the Premises for sufficient time to complete the presentation of its activity without additional rental charge, provided such time does not interfere with another lease or planned presentation by the MSDPT. If, at the discretion of the PPAC Director or other employee designated by the MSDPT, it is not possible to complete presentation of the activity, rental shall be forfeited, prorated, or adjusted at the discretion of the MSDPT based on the situation, and the Lessee hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation from the MSDPT.

Should it become necessary in the judgment of the Authority to evacuate the Center for reasons of public safety, the Customer will retain possession of the Licensed Area for sufficient time after such evacuation to complete presentation of his activity without an increase in the License Fee, provided that such time does not interfere with another future user of the Licensed Area. If it is not possible to complete the Event as scheduled, the License Fee and the Additional Charges shall be prorated, or adjusted in the discretion of the Authority. The Customer hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation from the Authority.

Should it become necessary in the judgement of TELS to evacuate the premises for reason of Public Safety, the Lessee will retain possession of the premises for sufficient time to complete presentation of the activity without additional rental charge providing such time does not interfere with another Lessee. If it is not possible to complete presentation of the activity, rental shall be forfeited, prorated or adjusted at the discretion of TELS or its representative based on the situation and the Lessee hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation from TELS.

Should it become necessary to evacuate the Premises for reasons of public safety, the Lessee will retain possession of the Premises for a sufficient time to complete presentation of its activities without additional charges, providing such times do not interfere with another facility Lessee. If it is not possible to complete presentation of the activity, rental shall be forfeited, prorated, or adjusted at the discretion of the General Manager and the Lessee hereby waives any claims for damages or compensation from the Arena.

If it becomes appropriate in the judgment of Operator to evacuate the premises because of a bomb threat or for other reasons of public safety, then, after such evacuation, the Licensee may continue to use the premises for sufficient time to complete presentation of the event without additional fees providing such time does not interfere with another Licensee. If it is not possible to complete presentation of the event, fees shall be prorated or adjusted at the discretion of the Operator and the Licensee hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation from the Operator.

If it becomes necessary, in the Lessor’s Agent’s judgment, to evacuate the Premises for reasons of public safety, Lessee will retain possession of the Facility for sufficient time to complete presentation of the Event without additional rental charge providing such time does not interfere with another lease. If it is not possible to complete the presentation of the Event, the rental shall be forfeited, prorated or adjusted at the discretion of the Lessor’s Agent, based on the situation, and the Lessee hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation from the Lessor.
