Licensed Area. Contractor acknowledges its use of the Licensed Area is as a Permittee under the SLA. Contractor further acknowledges it shall use the Licensed Area only for the Permitted Use. Contractor shall maintain the Licensed Area in a commercially reasonable manner at Contractor’s sole expense; provided, however, if the PV System is a roof-mounted system, the Judicial Council will maintain and repair the roof as required to maintain the roof warranty, excluding any maintenance or repair caused by the independent acts or omissions of Contractor.
Licensed Area. 3.1.1 China (as defined above). Party B shall obtain prior consent from Party A if it is necessary for Party B to release the resources beyond China.
Licensed Area. 3.1.1 China (with respect to this Agreement, excluding the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Taiwan Region). If it is necessary to broadcast the Program Resources beyond China, New Media must obtain the prior consent of Party A.
Licensed Area. For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and the covenants and conditions to be observed and performed by Licensee, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a license and permission to enter upon the area to install and maintain 1 satellite dish not to exceed feet in diameter (the “Dish”) on the roof of the Building in a location designated by Licensor (“Licensed Area”). Licensor reserves the right upon reasonable notice to Licensee to require the relocation of all equipment installed by Licensee to another location on the roof of the Building, at Licensor’s cost.
Licensed Area. The Dock and all related facilities and equipment shall be constructed and maintained in a location lying between the parametrical extensions of the boundary lines of the Licensee’s Property running from the terminus of the Licensee’s Property to and into the Lake.
Licensed Area. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee and Licensee hereby accepts from Licensor a license to use the Building and the Property, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
Licensed Area. Landlord hereby grants to Tenant a license to use the area in the parking area and the area in the loading bay adjacent to the Building, all as more particularly shown on the plan attached hereto as Exhibit H and made a part hereof (collectively, the “Licensed Area”) for the maintenance, operation and repair of certain equipment exclusively serving the Premises, all as more particularly specified in Exhibit H-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof or as otherwise reasonably approved by Landlord (together with any cabling, wiring, or other infrastructure connecting such equipment to the Premises, the “LA Equipment”). Landlord’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed provided Tenant demonstrates to Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction that the proposed equipment (y) does not interfere with any base building equipment operated by Landlord; and (z) shall be adequately sound-proofed so as not to emanate noise levels in excess of that permitted by Applicable Law or the Building’s standard levels designed to avoid unreasonable interference with the use and occupancy of the Project or any portion thereof. Tenant shall obtain, maintain and submit to Landlord copies of all required governmental permits, licenses, and authorizations necessary for the installation and operation of the LA Equipment. Tenant shall maintain all LA Equipment in good order condition and repair and shall, upon Landlord’s request, provide Landlord with maintenance records evidencing the same. Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of repairing and maintaining the LA Equipment and the cost of repairing any damage to the parking area and/or the loading bay caused by or as a result of the installation, operation and/or removal of such LA Equipment. Tenant shall maintain such LA Equipment in compliance with Applicable Laws. Landlord makes no warranties or representations to Tenant as to the suitability of the Licensed Area for the installation and operation of the LA Equipment. Landlord shall have the right to temporarily (i.e. 180 days or less) or permanently relocate one and/or both of the Licensed Areas at Landlord’s cost in connection with Landlord’s maintenance, renovations or other alterations to the parking area and/or loading bay; provided, however, unless such relocation is required as a result of Applicable Laws, (i) any relocation shall be limited to areas comparable to the original Licensed Area with substantially similar use and benefit to Tenant, and (...
Licensed Area. Licensor grants to Licensee and Licensee accepts from Licensor a revocable license (the "License") to use the Premises, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
Licensed Area. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, and Licensee hereby accepts, a revocable, transferable and exclusive license to encroach approximately two and a half feet into the Town right-of-way for purposes of constructing and maintaining four parking spaces in front of Licensee’s building, subject to the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth. Licensor's grant hereunder shall in no way operate to confer upon Licensee any other interest, status, or estate of any kind other than a license. This License is subject to the Planning Board’s approval of Licensee’s site plan amendment, including the four parking spaces in front of Licensee’s building and will not be executed by either party until such approval has been granted.
Licensed Area. The City and Licensee agree that it is not the intention of the parties to create a public forum within the Licensed Area, as the Park currently has a public forum designated area and there is no intention by this Agreement to expand or alter it. The Licensed Area for the Authorized Activities is as described in Schedule A.
