Evaluation of Certificated Support Staff Members of the Unit. 13.5.5.1 A mutually acceptable plan using the Certificated Evaluation Goals and Objectives Form between the certificated support staff unit member and his/her supervisor shall include mid-year and end-of-year conferences regarding the unit member’s performance as related to the elements. The plan shall be attached to the evaluation agreement. The evaluator has the responsibility to maintain confidentiality, if appropriate, while evaluating the member’s performance of his/her specialized duties.
