Evaluation of Curriculum Chairs. All appointments to Curriculum Chair will be deemed permanent only after a satisfactory evaluation conducted by the Principal or designate in the second year of the role wherein the third year of the probationary period would be waived. Should the evaluation be unsatisfactory, the Curriculum Chair will be subject to an evaluation in the third year of the role which would be required to be satisfactory in order to have their position be deemed permanent. Thereafter, the Curriculum Chair appointment shall continue subject to a satisfactory evaluation once every five years.
