EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES. Employees shall be evaluated at least once per year until they reach the F step on the salary schedule. Employees on the F step or higher shall be evaluated on a three-year rotation. Employees serving a probationary period shall be evaluated at three months and again before the six-month probationary period ends. Nothing in this article shall be construed to limit in any way the District’s right to initiate an evaluation outside of the regularly scheduled evaluation process.
