Monitoring and Observation Clause Samples

The Monitoring and Observation clause establishes the right and procedures for one party to oversee and review the activities, operations, or performance of another party under the agreement. This may include regular site visits, access to records, or the use of monitoring tools to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
