EVALUATION OF THE BID PROPOSALS. After the Evaluation Committee completes its evaluation, it recommends to the Director for award the responsible bidder(s) whose bid proposal, conforming to this RFP, is most advantageous to the State, price and other factors considered. The Evaluation Committee considers and assesses price, technical criteria, and other factors during the evaluation process and makes a recommendation to the Director. The Director may accept, reject or modify the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee. Whether or not there has been a negotiation process as outlined in 6.5 below, the Director reserves the right to negotiate price reductions with the selected vendor.

  • Evaluation of Proposals 29.1 UNDP shall examine the Proposal to confirm that all terms and conditions under the UNDP General Terms and Conditions and Special Conditions have been accepted by the Proposer without any deviation or reservation.

  • Evaluation of Tenders 33.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITT and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification criteria. No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. By applying the criteria and methodologies, the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender.   • Rejection of Proposals The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal or any part thereof which it determines to best serve the needs of the County and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals. While cost is a factor in any contract award, it is not the only factor and may not be the determining factor.

  • Clarification of Proposals Evaluations will be in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the proposal request. Upon completion of evaluations, the CO will issue a task order to the contractor whose proposal provides the best value to the Government.

  • Request for Proposals A State request inviting proposals for Goods or Services. This Contract shall be governed by the statutes, regulations and procedures of the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services.
