Evening Conference. Two evening conferences and one (1) day conference shall be scheduled at each elementary and middle school building. Two evening conferences shall be scheduled at the high school building. One release day will be scheduled by the Board as part of the district calendar as release time for the evening conferences. The date of the release day will be determined prior to the development of the district calendar by vote of the entire teaching staff. The Faculty Advisory Council in each building shall submit by February 15th one proposed date for the release day. All dates submitted by the buildings shall be included on the ballot.

Evening Conference. Each teacher shall be obligated for one evening conference per year of no longer than two and one-half (2 ½) hours. This shall be in addition to the current "Open School Night." Notwithstanding the foregoing, each building principal, in lieu of the evening conference or Open School Night, may choose to use one of these nights for staff development which shall occur after regular school hours which may include any of the items consistent with Article 10 D (Professional Period). Teachers shall not be required to work with students at this time. Attendance of all building personnel shall be required.

Two (2) comp days will be scheduled by the Board as part of the district calendar as comp time for the evening conferences and open house. The date of the comp day will be determined prior to the development of the district calendar by vote of the entire teaching staff.   • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties. b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.

  • Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.

  • PRE-BID CONFERENCE If so directed by the Owner, the Design Professional shall conduct a pre-bid conference at the location designated by the Owner. At the conference, the Design Professional shall record and address questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall respond by addenda to questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall invite response to, revise with approval of the Owner, and confirm any unit costs called for in the Supplementary General Conditions.   • Informal Conference An employee against whom the disciplinary action is being considered may be requested to attend an informal conference with the immediate supervisor, his/her designee and/or a Human Resources Administrator prior to official written notification or any recommended disciplinary action. At such conference, the employee shall be informed orally of the specific disciplinary action being considered as well as the reasons therefore and be given an opportunity to respond thereto. At such a conference, the employee may represent himself/herself and/or be represented by a union representative. Holding such an informal conference is discretionary with the District and the failure to do so shall not invalidate any disciplinary action taken pursuant to this regulation.

  • SPECIAL CONFERENCES Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Association or individual employee and the Employer or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between at least two representatives of the Employer and at least two representatives of the Association.
