Evidence of Completion. 1. Upon completion of the sabbatical and within sixty (60) days of the faculty member's return to duty, a narrative report shall be submitted to the Sabbatical Committee for review and acceptance (or non-acceptance). This report will include: a. a record of the activity such as, transcripts of study completed a copy of the product developed, and/or an evaluation of the project pursued; b. a discussion of its impact on teaching and learning; c. a description of how the sabbatical information will be used in a professional development plan; x. a narrative on how the information contributes to the benefit of the students and to the District. 2. If the approved sabbatical project contains an implementation process or the Sabbatical Committee would like a follow-up report, the faculty member will provide the information requested in the time line provided. 3. The faculty member must schedule a minimum of one presentation(s) at a venue such as Flex Week, Division/School meetings, College Sabbatical Forum, and/or at a professional organization(s) meeting. 4. The Board of Trustees and/or the Sabbatical Committee may invite representative faculty members to make presentations of their sabbatical project/activity at Board of Trustees meetings.
