EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. The Supplier shall upon the Framework Commencement Date and within 15 Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to the Authority, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Framework Schedule 14. Receipt of such evidence by the Authority shall not in itself constitute acceptance by the Authority or relieve the Supplier of any of its liabilities and obligations under this Agreement.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. 4.1 The Supplier shall upon the Commencement Date and within 15 Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to DFID, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Framework Schedule 2. Receipt of such evidence by DFID shall not in itself constitute acceptance by DFID or relieve the Supplier of any of its liabilities and obligations under this Agreement.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. 6.1 The Provider shall upon the DPS Commencement Date and within fifteen (15) Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to the Administering Authority, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Schedule 8 (Insurance Requirements). Receipt of such evidence by the Administering Authority shall not in itself constitute acceptance by the Administering Authority or relieve the Provider of any of its liabilities and obligations under this DPS Agreement.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. The Supplier shall upon the Panel Commencement Date and within fifteen (15) Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to the Authority, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Panel Agreement Schedule 14. Receipt of such evidence by the Authority shall not in itself constitute acceptance by the Authority or relieve the Supplier of any of its liabilities and obligations under this Agreement.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. The Authority shall provide to the Company on reasonable notice:
16.4.1 copies of the material damage insurance policy relating to the Site;
16.4.2 evidence that the premiums payable under the insurances as referred to in clause 16.3 have been paid and that the insurances are in full force and effect; and
16.4.3 without prejudice to clause 16.3, the Authority shall forward to the Company copies of any renewal policy received from the Contractor, pursuant to clause 57.5 of the PFI Project Agreement.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. 4.1 The Provider shall upon the Effective Date and within fifteen (15) Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to the Administering Authority, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Schedule 8 (Insurance Requirements). Receipt of such evidence by the Administering Authority shall not in itself constitute acceptance by the Administering Authority or relieve the Provider of any of its liabilities and obligations under this DPS Agreement.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. The Contractor shall provide to the Authority:
19.4.1 copies on request, of all insurance policies referred to in Schedule 4 (together with any other information reasonably requested by the Authority relating to such policies) and the Authority shall be entitled to inspect them during ordinary business hours; and
19.4.2 evidence that the premiums payable under all insurance policies have been paid and that the insurances are in full force and effect in accordance with the requirements of this Clause 19 and Schedule 4
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. The Supplier shall upon the Framework Commencement Date and within fifteen (15) Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to CCS, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Framework Schedule 11. Receipt of such evidence by CCS shall not in itself constitute acceptance by CCS or relieve the Supplier of any of its liabilities and obligations under this Framework Agreement and each Call-Off Contract.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. The Supplier shall upon the Commencement Date and within 15 Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to FCDO, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Framework Schedule 2. Receipt of such evidence by FCDO shall not in itself constitute acceptance by FCDO or relieve the Supplier of any of its liabilities and obligations under this Agreement.
EVIDENCE OF POLICIES. If requested by IBA, the Panel Provider must provide documentation certifying that is has, and it’s Third Party Collaborate has, the insurance it is required to have and maintain in clause 16.1.
