Exactions and Processing Fees. City may charge Owner only those community facilities fees, development fees, impact fees, capacity and connection charges, commercial linkage fees, and other similar fees, exactions or charges for permits and entitlements which are in force and effect on the Effective Date and the amount of such fees and/or monetary exactions shall be at the rate in force and effect on the Effective Date. Except as provided in this Agreement, City may not impose any further or additional fees, taxes, charges, exactions or assessments on the Property, whether through the exercise of the police power, the taxing power or otherwise other than those set forth in Applicable Law. Owner shall be subject to any future Federal, State or Regional Agency fees or charges that the City is compelled by law or order to adopt and enforce. City may charge Owner the application processing fees that are in force and effect on a City-wide basis at the time such services are rendered.

  • Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.

  • Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. The Processing Costs are owed in addition to the Purchase Price and shall not be considered part of the Purchase Price.

  • FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.

In order to qualify, you must have a PayPal account that is in good standing (for example, no limitations or negative PayPal balance), you may not be processing payments using PayPal Payments Pro and you must submit an application and have it approved by us. If your PayPal account is approved to accept micropayments, then the fees found on the Micropayment Fees table will apply to all transactions for the sale of goods or services processed through your PayPal account, instead of Merchant Services Fees. If you have multiple PayPal accounts, you must route your micropayments transactions through the appropriate account. Once a transaction is processed, PayPal will not re-route the transaction through a different account. PayPal Payouts If you are using PayPal Payouts (formerly Mass Pay), the terms of the PayPal Payouts Agreement will apply. Your responsibility to notify PayPal of pricing or fee errors Once you have access to any account statement(s) or other account activity information made available to you by PayPal with respect to your business account(s), you will have sixty (60) days to notify PayPal in writing of any errors or discrepancies with respect to the pricing or other fees applied by PayPal. If you do not notify PayPal within such timeframe, you accept such information as accurate, and PayPal shall have no obligation to make any corrections, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For the purposes of this provision, such pricing or fee errors or discrepancies are different than unauthorized transactions and other electronic transfer errors which are each subject to different notification timeframes as set forth in this user agreement.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.
