Facilities Fees. For the first year of the Original Term, Borrower shall pay to Bank a facilities fee of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), which fee shall be fully earned by Bank and payable on the date that Bank makes its initial disbursement under this Agreement. Thereafter, Borrower shall pay to Bank an annual facilities fee equal to Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), which fee shall be fully earned by Bank and payable on each anniversary of the date of this Agreement during the Original Term and any Renewal Term.
