Designated Physician’s or, when applicable, a covering physician’s urgent and unscheduled availability that is medically necessary is covered by Program Member’s health plan, is not part of this Membership Agreement and payment of Program Fees is not a condition of receipt of such medical services by any patient.
Eligible soft costs may include the cost of the following: Program Fees, energy or water survey, other required design and engineering, project development fees, Program Fees, permit fees, surveys, legal fees, other third-party reports, inspection fees, financing fees, fees associated with the issuance of bonds for the financing, interest reserves deposits, recordation fees, capitalized interest and commissioning.
Refund PolicyRefunds are available for Spence-Chapin's Professional Service Fees and Foreign Country Program Fees whenever services not rendered and will be granted within sixty (60) days of the completion of the delivery of services.
There will be an annual adjustment within ninety (90) days after the end of each operating year so that the total Monthly Royalty Fees and Monthly Program Fees paid annually will be the same as the amounts determined by audit.
If any interest is earned on unused Monthly Program Fees, we will use the interest before using the principal.
