Examination of Witness. Members of the DHA, the principal, the student, the parent, or the student’s representative may question witnesses, the student, or the principal about any matters logically relevant to the charge(s) against the student and the proper disposition of the matter. The Chairman is responsible for limiting unduly long, repetitious, unproductive, or irrelevant questioning.
