Jury or Witness Duty. Full-time employees called to jury duty or subpoenaed for witness duty shall absent themselves from their work only to such extent as to allow them to carry out such duties. Employees on jury or witness duty shall be paid the difference, if any, between jury or witness pay and their regular basic pay from the Company, subject to the following provisions: (a) The employee must notify his/her Supervisor as soon as possible after receipt of notice of his/her selection for jury or witness duty. (b) An employee who is selected for jury or witness duty but is temporarily excused from court must report for work until such time as he/she is actually involved in jury or witness duty. (c) Employees must furnish a written statement from the appropriate public official showing the date, time served and the amount of pay received to be eligible for payment.

Jury or Witness Duty. An employee who is not a party to the action and who is absent in compliance with a summons for jury duty or a subpoena requiring the employee to appear in court as a witness shall be excused with pay for the period during which the employee is absent on scheduled days because of such jury service or court appearance. When an employee is excused from jury or witness duty for part of a day or for an entire day, the employee shall report to his or her supervisor in person or by telephone for an assignment.
Jury or Witness Duty. Any Regular Employee required by law for jury or witness duty shall be allowed time off without loss of regular earnings during such absence but any fee received as such juror or witness shall be paid to the Employer. An Employee acting as a voluntary witness shall not be paid for such absence.
Jury or Witness Duty. Upon written request, the Employer shall grant a leave of absence without loss of seniority to an employee who serves as a juror or is subpoenaed as a witness. The Employer shall pay such an employee the difference between their normal earnings and the payment they receive for jury service or witness duty, excluding payment for travelling, meals, or other expenses provided that such appearance and/or service actually conflicts with the employee’s scheduled hours. The employee will present proof of service and the amount of pay received.
Jury or Witness Duty. Employees shall suffer no loss in wages while serving as subpoenaed witnesses or for jury duty during regular working hours. The Employer shall not deduct any payments that might be received for carrying out such duties. In the case of serving as a subpoenaed witness, the employee is expected to report for work if there are three or more hours remaining on their shift.
Jury or Witness Duty. (a) A leave of absence will be granted to an Employee who is: (i) required by law to serve as a juror, or (ii) for matters arising out of their employment with the Employer, is subpoenaed as a witness in a court of law. The Employee shall notify the Employer as soon as possible after the Employee receives notice of jury duty or to appear as a court witness. The Employer may require the Employee to provide proof of being summoned to jury duty or to appear as a court witness. (b) Leave of absence for jury or witness duty will be without loss of pay for regularly scheduled hours of work less the payment the Employee receives for jury duty and/or appearance as a court witness. The Employee shall submit to the Employer proof of the amount the Employee was paid for jury duty and/or appearance as a court witness.
Jury or Witness Duty. An employee served with a jury notice or with a Subpoena to Witness shall forthwith notify their Manager.
