Common use of EXAMINATION REQUIRED Clause in Contracts

EXAMINATION REQUIRED. If a question of mental or physical fitness is a determining factor in the continuing employment of an employee, the Board may require an examination by a physician of its choice. If the employee so desires, a physician of the employee’s choice, as well as a physician of the Association’s choice, paid by the Board, may be also selected for confirmation or negation examinations.
