Inter-School Travel. In arranging schedules for teachers who are assigned to more than 1 school, an effort will be made to limit the amount of inter-school travel. Such teachers will be notified of any changes in their schedules as soon as practicable.

Teachers who are assigned to more than one school during the regular school day shall receive fifty (50) cents for each trip necessitated by such change, provided the teacher utilizes his/her automobile for such move. Every attempt will be made so that no employee will have to travel during his/her lunch hour. Any employee required to travel during his/her lunch hour will be paid .065% of the base at one ten-minute increment.
Inter-School Travel. The Board will make every effort to arrange the schedules of teachers who are assigned to more than one school so as to minimize the amount of inter- school travel. Such teachers will be notified of any changes in their schedules at the time the change is made.
Inter-School Travel. In arranging schedules for unit members who are assigned to more than one (1) school, an effort will be made to limit the amount of inter-school travel. Mileage shall be paid to a unit member who is assigned to more than one (1) school only in situations where the unit member is required to move from one school to another during the school day. Mileage will be paid at the current IRS rate, adjusted quarterly, per mile for distance traveled between schools and not from residence to school or school to residence.
Inter-School Travel. Teachers who are assigned to more than one school shall be paid the established IRS rate for District-approved travel. It is agreed between the parties that the minimum mileage for inter-school travel will be one (1) mile and any distances over one (1) mile will be rounded to the next higher mile. Assignments between Valley View and Central Middle School or between Highland and Columbia Heights High School do not qualify for travel reimbursement. However, when a teacher is scheduled to travel during a preparation period, a payment of four dollars ($4.00) per scheduled trip above and beyond that compensation authorized for District-approved travel shall be made. A multi-school assignment shall still allow for a thirty (30) minute lunch hour. Preparation time is defined for the purposes of this section as "during the student contact day."

Inter-School Travel. District shall reimburse teachers for use of their own motor vehicles for inter-school travel made at the direction of the Superintendent or his/her designees upon submission of appropriate evidence of such use, provided always, that in the event the standard mileage rate mentioned in IRS Rev. Proc. 88-52 for the first 15,000 miles of use is revised, the revised rate shall be paid for mileage traveled after the date the revised rate is effective for federal income tax purposes.
Inter-School Travel. 13.1 Members of the unit who are regularly assigned to more than one school per day shall be reimbursed for all such inter-school travel for the distance required to drive from their first school location at the beginning of their work day to their last school location at the end of their work day.

All members of EAC with responsibilities for or in more than one school shall be reimbursed for the use of their automobile at the current IRS rates as of June 30th of each year of the Agreement. Such payment shall be made semi-annually upon submission of a mileage report to the Superintendent.

Bargaining unit members who are assigned to more than one (1) school in any one (1) school day, will be reimbursed at the mileage rate in effect for reimbursement of the Commonwealth employees for all inter-school driving required, as measured by the Superintendent, on the basis of the bargaining unit members assigned schedule. Receipts for said travel shall be submitted on a monthly basis to the appropriate building principals who shall verify the travel prior to submitting the receipt to the Superintendent. Reimbursement shall be paid with the last installment of salary payable in June.
