Examination Standards. In order to qualify for promotion, each candidate must obtain a cumulative average of 80% in the four types of examinations, namely, written, oral, practical, and personal assessment. A minimum xxxx of 65% must be obtained on all written papers, oral and practical examinations, and personal assessment.
